I think putting all the chemicals on here about the dangers about the processed foods we eat, I could give out a recipe every other day to help you live a better life and share what I make for myself and my friends.
Here’s one that I enjoyed growing up with mom’s cooking:
My moms favorite chicken recipe:
- boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
In a bowl mix the Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
spread the mixture on top of the chicken breast.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees, for 45 minutes. make sure it’s cooked through. remove from oven and serve. I use to melt cheese over the top of it.
